Yvonne Allison

Yvonne Diane Allison of Festus, Missouri departed this life on March 24, 2013 at the Baisch Nursing Center having reached the age of seventy four years, four months and seventeen days. She was born on November 7, 1938 in Desoto, Missouri a daughter to the late Fred Sapper and Eunis (Dunnigan) Sapper.

In addition to her parents, Yvonne was preceded in death by an infant son; sister Debra Pickett; love of her life Robert "Bob" West and a son in law Paul Saabye.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are two daughters Jamie Saabye of Blackwell, Brenda Allison of Festus; three sons Jeffrey Allison of South County, Eric Allison and wife Julia of Potosi, Forest Allison and significant other Stephanie of High Ridge; four sisters Dixie Carrow of Desoto, Barbara Skaggs and husband Dennis of Park Hills, Alberta Dickerson of Park Hills, Rose Mary Cain and husband David of Salem; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 10 AM at the Arnold United Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Patterson officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Eric Allison, Jeffrey Allison, Forest Allison, Kyle Allison and Stefano Allison.

Interment and final prayers were held at the Redbud Memorial Gardens. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
