Wyman Walter Wigger of Cedar Hill, Missouri departed this life on July 9, 2011 at his residence having reached the age of seventy six years, eight months and six days. He was born on November 3, 1934 at Bonne Terre, Missouri a son to the late George Wigger and Ida Belle (Howarka) Wigger.
On October 11, 1952, Wyman was united in marriage to Jewell Wells and they shared fifty eight years together.
1934-2011, these two dates are important, but it is the dash in between them that is more so. It’s not the length of the dash but it’s the thickness, it represents all the life and joy he had as he lived life to the fullest as a husband, a dad, a grandpa, a brother and a friend to all. This dash represents it all.
In addition to his parents, Wyman was preceded in death by a brother Arthur Wigger and a sister Iva Emily.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife Jewell Wigger of Cedar Hill; four daughters Gwen (Harry) Karns of Bourbon, Robin Salters and fiancé Rickey Hook of Cedar Hill, Cassandra (Alan) Flandreau of St. Peters, Marta Wigger and Danny Hessenauer of St. Jacob, Illinois; two sons Michael (Mary) Wigger of Cedar Hill, Charlie (Chris) Wigger of Dittmer; three sisters Bernice (David) Kingsland of Desoto, Virginia (Noel) Inman of Bonne Terre, Evangaline Wigger of Bonne Terre; sister in law Mamie Wigger of Potosi; seven grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
