William Benjamin Boyster of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of sixty seven years, six months and seven days. He was born on January 6, 1947 in Washington County, Missouri a son to the late Ralph Boyster and Mary (Revelle) Boyster.
On January 5, 1968, Bill was united in marriage to Rose Callahan and they shared forty six years together.
Bill is survived by his wife Rose Boyster of Hopewell; son Ken Boyster and wife Jan of Bonne Terre; daughter Kim Yeske and husband David of Potosi; five brothers Bob Boyster and wife Lorene of Potosi, Leonard Boyster and wife Bricky of Shirley, Junior Boyster and wife Joan of old Mines, Ronnie Boyster and wife Betty of DeSoto, John Boyster and wife Carolyn of Potosi; five sisters Litty Mae Richards of Potosi, Pat Govero and Kay of Bonne Terre, Nancy Boyster of Mineral Point, Janie Wade of Shirley, Debbie Skaggs and husband Danny of Potosi; six grandchildren Courtney (Derek) Boyer, Cody Boyster, Ashton Boyster, Martia Boyster, Brandon Compton, Mackenzie Compton; one great grandchild Maddison Boyer; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 11 AM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Wade officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Ken Boyster, Kim Yeske, David Yeske, Tommy Boyster, David Andrew and Larry Laws .
Interment and final prayers were held at the Hopewell Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
