William Barton

William Wayne Barton of Rocky Mount, Missouri departed this life on June 19, 2007 at Lake Ozark, Missouri, having reached the age of 27 years, 8 months and 15 days. He was born at Farmington, Missouri on October 4, 1979, a son of Kenneth Barton and Vicky Marshall.

He was a loving and devoted son, father, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by two grandmothers, Della Bourbon and Helen White

He is survived by his mother, Vicky Marshall and special friend, Clifford Wise of Desloge; father, Kenneth Barton and special friend, Sharron Barnett of Rocky Mount; his girlfriend, Amanda Montavy of Eldon; two daughters, Leah Rose Barton of Rocky Mount and Keanna Nicole VanDyke of Eldon; grandparents, Burl Barton and wife, Lilly of Huntsville, AL, Joyce Mueller and husband, Art of Leesburg, FL, Raymond Bourbon of Mineral Point; a sister, Crystal Dawn Barton and fianc? Chuck Bequette of Bismarck; a brother, T.J. Strange of DeSoto; uncles; aunts; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Oscar Barton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Daily Goforth, Daniel Dunn, Justin Goforth, R.C. Pyatt, T. J. Strange and Rob Strange.

Interment and final prayers were held at Adams Cemetery, Frankclay, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
