Wanda Nadyne Taylor of Caledonia, Missouri, passed away May 30, 2007 at the Parkland Health Center, having reached the age of 73 years, 1 month and 6 days. She was born on April 24, 1934 at Potosi, Missouri, a daughter of the late William B. Goodson and Pauline (Compton ) Goodson.
Wanda was united in marriage to Harold ?Buck? Taylor on February 19, 1952 at Walnut Ridge Arkansas and one daughter was born to this union. Buck preceded her in death on August 29, 2005. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was a member of the Bellevue Presbyterian Church and enjoyed being a member of the Stitch in Time Club and the Caledonia Community Betterment Organization.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother Billy Goodson
Those who remain to mourn her passing are her daughter Denise Tiefenauer of Caledonia; one brother Terry Goodson and wife Pat of St. Louis; four grandchildren Tabitha Van Gennip and husband Chris of Advance, Dr. Tiffany Landrum of Caledonia, Cynthia Aldridge of Caledonia and William Joe Tiefenauer of Caledonia; five great grandchildren Michela Gibbons, Brianna Landrum, Josie Landrum, Amber Van Gennip and Ian Held; several step great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 AM Saturday, June 2, 2007 at the Britton Chapel, with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Rick LaChance, Chris Van Gennip, Chris Rollins, Joe Tiefenauer, Daniel Brewer and Jason Sims.
Interment and finale prayers were at the Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery, Caledonia, with all arrangements entrusted in the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
