Wanda Joyce Kramer of Potosi, Missouri, was born on May 25, 1948, in East St Louis, Illinois, a daughter of the late William Todd Story and Edna Kathleen (Hazelip) Story. Wanda passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, having reached the age of 75.
Those who remain to cherish her memory include her children: Tonya Whitter (husband, Joe), Calvin "Bub" Kramer Jr (wife, Lisa), Angel Licata (husband, Nick), Scott Kramer; grandchildren: Devin Whitter, Tyler Kramer (wife, MacKenzie), Barbara VanBusKirk, Reagan Licata; and brother, Bill Story.
In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Cal Kramer Sr; and sisters: Patty Rogers, and Sharon McMahon.
Wanda would spend a lot of her time watching Alaskan State Troopers, Gunsmoke, Godzilla movies, Walker Texas Ranger, Dog the Bounty Hunter, Gene Simmons Family Jewels, Nascar, any type of horror movies, paranormal shows, Christmas special shows, crime shows, and Cops. If she wasn’t watching television, she was sitting on her front porch drinking coffee, reading murder mystery books or any other books on the paranormal. She was a loving but bullheaded woman. Christmas was her favorite holiday and always made sure that all the kids had presents.
Visitation will be Monday, June 5, 2023 from 9 am until the time of her Funeral Service at 10 am, held at DeClue Funeral Home. Pastor Bryan Buckley will officiate her service. Interment will follow at Souls Chapel Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri.
