Vivian Agnus Woods of Marston, Missouri, was born on March 25, 1938 in Palmer, Missouri, a daughter of the late Lincoln and Lonnie (Johnston) Cover. Vivian passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, having reached the age of eighty-four years, two months, and ten days.
Those who remain to cherish her memory include her children: Teresa Skeen, William H. Woods Jr., Brenda Roller, Francis (Dennis “Bo”) Nichols, Alice Conway, Betty (Steve) Rickwa, William “Jeffery” (Wilma) Woods, Michael A. Woods, Robert D. Woods, Darrell Woods, Patty Ann (Bobby) Stanley, and James E. Woods; twenty-nine grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marie Cover.
In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by her first husband, Arnold Conway; second husband, William Henry Woods; granddaughter, Elizabeth Nicole Conway; siblings: Beulah M. Cover, Nadeen Cover, Betty Ann Cover, Dorothy M. Cooley, Arbell Downard, Elwood Cover, Gene Cover, Leo Cover Jr., Roseleen Cox, and Donald Cover.
Vivian loved camping and the outdoors. The Lord was her priority and going to church; attended the Free Pentecostal Church of Marston, and later attended First Assembly of God of Portageville when she was unable to go to church by herself. The family would like to give a special “thank you” to her dear friends and caregivers: Beatrice “Ms. Mabel” Walker and Dishaya Ross for the care given to Mrs. Woods.
A Graveside service will be held at Antioch Cemetery in Belgrade, Missouri, on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 11 am.
