Virginia Elm Sansagraw of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on July 26, 2011 at the St. Anthony’s Medical Center having reached the age of sixty eight years, nine months and three days. She was born on October 23, 1942 at St. Louis, Missouri a daughter to the late Richard Mullane and Virginia (Eckert) Mullane.
On April 21, 1977, Virginia was united in marriage to Edward Sansagraw and they shared thirty four years together.
Virginia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt and friend.
In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by step son Edward John Sansagraw; two brothers Richard Mullane, William Mullane; three sisters Joann DeClue, Sandra Brent and Delia Mullane.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Edward Sansagraw of Cadet; son Billy Joe (Krystal) Sansagraw of Festus; daughter Lisa Brent of Cadet; step daughter Sharron (Mickey) White of Fredericktown; brother David Mullane of St. Louis; five sisters Vera Steinkoetter of Cedar Hill, Lillian Wright of Texas, Estee (James) Little of St. Louis, Mary (Larry) Summers of St. Louis, Deanna (Ron) Cecil of St. Louis; nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Ronald Cecil, Larry Summers, Rick Lowrey, Randy Carver, Kyle Rhodew and Billy Joe Sansagraw.
Interment and final prayers were held at the New Masonic Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
