Virginia Kratky

Virginia Ruth Kratky of Irondale, Missouri departed this life on December 15, 2009 at her residence having reached the age of eighty two years, eleven months and seventeen days. She was born on December 28, 1926 at Thebes, Illinois a daughter to the late Alfred King and Vivian (Willis) King.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Frank Kratky, Jr. and a brother William King.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are a daughter Becky Barton and husband Kenny of Irondale; two sons Frank Kratky, III and wife Linda of Arnold; Robert Kratky and wife Susan of Potosi; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Friday, December 18, 2009 at 10 AM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Sandy Ledbetter officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Brady Kratky, Kermit Schrum, Jr., Robert Moffett, Josh Barton, Darin Adams and Bill King.

Interment and final prayers were held at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
