Vickey Jane Bruner
Born on October 4, 1945, Belgrade resident Vickey Jane Bruner obtained her angel wings on March 13, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. During her career, Vickey was the owner of No Place Bar and Grill, Brentwood, Missouri. She is survived by her husband, Larry Bruner, who was graced to have Vickey as the love of his life, his companion and best buddy.
Vickey, loving mother of Joe Howard, Sr. and precious grandmother of Joe Jr. and Jordan Howard will remain forever present in their hearts and memories.
Vickey was preceded in death by her twin sister, Mickey Barlow. They are now reunited in heaven. She is survived by her sisters, Ruthie, Ellie, Bobby, Bernie, Annie, Kay, Barbie, Pammy and Cindy. After being separated as children through the foster care system, the sisters were blessed to renew their bonding through a reunion as adults.
Vickey Jane Bruner never met a person that she didn’t bring joy to or one who didn’t become her friend. Memorial services are private. Donations are requested to The American Cancer Society.
All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
