Thomas Andrew Clark, Sr. of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on November 8, 2008 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, having reached the age of seventy six years, six months and twenty six days. He was born April 13, 1932 at Bay Town, Texas, a son of the late Allen John Clark and Fannie Marie Eiland Clark.
He was united in marriage on March 13, 1952 to Thelma Kennedy Clark and they shared 56 years together. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers.
Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life include his son Thomas Clark, Jr. of Potosi; daughter Cindi Fishel and husband Ray of Lakeland, Florida; sister Martha Danford of Texas; brother Edward Clark of Texas; grandchildren Abi Smith and husband Mike of Farmington; Rache Fishel and Katie Fishel of Lakeland, Florida; great grandchildren Peyton Nipper, Chloe Nipper and Kinley Smith; special friends Joyce Portell and husband Randy; Bob Alexander and wife Bryanna; Employees, students and friends of the Ozark School of Black Smithing; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
A private service will be held at a later date.
All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
