Theresa Emily

Theresa ?Louise? Emily of DeSoto, Missouri departed this life on February 14, 2008 at her residence, having reached the age of eighty eight years, eleven months and two days. She was born on March 12, 1919 at Richwoods, Missouri, a daughter of the late Pete Rulo and Rachel DeClue Rulo.

In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband of over forty-nine years, Lawrence Thomas Emily; two brothers, Lawrence Rulo, Clarence Rulo, and three sisters, Lucille Gloriod, Cecilia Kramer and Kathryn Gidden.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life include her daughter, Carol Huskey of DeSoto; two sisters, Annie Stafford of DeSoto, Bernice Gidden of Springfield, Missouri; two grandchildren, Bruce Huskey and wife Debbie of DeSoto and Kelly Spruell of DeSoto; four great grandchildren, Chellsie Huskey, Dillon Huskey, Blake Spruell and Taylor Spruell; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Mass was conducted on Monday, February 18, 2008 at 10 AM at St. James Catholic Church, Potosi, Missouri with Father George Galovich officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Karl Kramer, Jim Spruell, Jim Gidden, Jr., Danny Kramer, Stephen Kramer and Mike Kramer.

Interment and final prayers were held at Calvary Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
