Stanley Pratt

Stanley Joseph Pratt of Villa Ridge, Missouri passed away on November 21, 2014 at the Mercy Hospital having reached the age of seventy five years, four months, and nine days. He was born on July 12, 1939 a son to the late Raymond R. and Angela M. (Recar) Pratt.

On September 2, 1961, Stanley was united in marriage to Phyllis (Collins) Pratt. Together they shared fifty three years and had three children to this union.

Those who remain to mourn his passing are his loving wife Phyllis Pratt of Villa Ridge, Missouri; three sons: Brent Pratt and wife Kimberly of Chesterfield, Missouri, Tim Pratt of Florrisant, Missouri, and Doug Pratt and wife Becky of Overland, Missouri; three brothers: Jerry Pratt and wife Ruth of Arnold, Missouri, Ron Pratt and wife Frances of South Carolina, and Louis Pratt and wife Doris of DeSoto, Missouri; three sisters: Mary Angela Voss and husband Jerry of Owasa, Oklahoma, Margaret Kish and husband Bill of St. Charles, Missouri, and Celeste Williamson and husband Earl of Festus, Missouri; twelve grandchildren: Amanda, Melissa, Cody, Catherine, Chelsea, Lauren, Ian, Kassandra, Jessica, Douglas Jr., Jacob, and Thomas; seven great grandchildren: Lela, Chloe, Abbigale, Dylan, Noah, Harper, and Raelyn; and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Stanley is preceded in death by his brother Raymond David Pratt and his niece Krista Voss.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on November 25, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joachim Catholic Church with Father Tony Dattilo officiating.

Honoring Stanley by serving as his pallbearers were Douglas Pratt, Jr., Cody Pratt, Jacob Pratt, Brent Pratt, Tim Pratt, and Doug Pratt.

Interment and final prayers were held at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. All arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
