Shelia Henson-Wood

Shelia Carlene Henson-Wood of Belgrade, Missouri passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the age of fifty-six. Shelia was born on May 12, 1961 in Springtown, Missouri a daughter to the late Kelly E. Goodson and the late Jessie Ellen (Skiles) Goodson. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney Goodson and sister Theresa Goodson-Johnson.

Shelia will be missed by all those who knew and loved her including her two daughters: Jodie (Greg) Boyer, Jessica (Michael) Rodgers; son, Joshua David Henson; three sisters: Kelly Adams and Fiancé Dale Morgan, Morgan Dunn, Jennifer (Charles) Puleo; four grandchildren: Kyle Boyer, Alivia Boyer, Gavin Rodgers and Thomas “Carr” Henson; special nieces and nephew: Laura Tarvid and Fiancé Eric Skaggs, Kailey Hawkins and girls, Kaiton (Kami) Tarvid; best friend, Mary Prusia; also surviving are many other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 19, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday, March 20, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service was held Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the DeClue Memorial Chapel.

Interment and final prayers were held in the New Diggins Cemetery. Honoring Shelia by serving as her pallbearers were Kaiton Tarvid, Kyle Boyer, Michael Rodgers, Greg Boyer, Eric Skaggs, and Kelly Johnson.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
