Scott Lewis

Scott Lynn Lewis of Belgrade, Missouri passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at his residence having reached the age of forty-five years, eight months and twenty-six days. He was born on September 8, 1973 in Farmington, Missouri, a son to Janet Lee (Jenkins) Lewis and the late Donald Lee Lewis.

Scott is survived by his son, Patrick Scott Lewis; daughter, Kilea Meagan Lewis; adopted son, Jacob Alexander Lewis; granddaughter, Alise Christine Lewis; beloved mother, Janet Lewis; brother Joseph Goforth; sister, Deborah Goforth; nephew, Derek Thomas-Goforth and the mother of his children: Christin Lewis.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Don Lewis.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664.

A Funeral Service will immediately follow on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 PM held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Brother Harvey Buckley officiating with Elder Leonard Compton assisting. Interment will follow in the Akers Cemetery, Belgrade, Missouri.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
