Joann worked at Brown Shoe Company for thirty two years, both at the heel plant and the shoe factory. She was proud of her years of work. During the years that she worked there she made several friends those friendships still remain today.

Some of her favorite pastimes were doing word searches, playing yahtzee, sitting on her porch, listening to her scanner, and talking on the phone. She also loved her flowers, being outdoors, riding out to deer camp with her son Robert and visiting with all her family and friends Joann was a very precious lady and will be missed ever so much by all of her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by two sons Ronald Blair and Robert Blair and a brother Johnny Malugen.
