Samuel "Sam" Skelton

Samuel Olen Skelton of Potosi, Missouri, was born on October 15, 1979, to the late Michael Skelton and the late Brenda Sue Fox. Sam passed away on October 12, 2021, having reached the age of forty-one years, eleven months, and twenty-seven days.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his son, Alex Skelton; siblings: Danielle Skelton and significant other, Robert, Boomer Skelton, Kaitlyn Skelton, Shawn Skelton; aunts and uncles: Steve (Michelle) Skelton, Chris (Jaimee) Rolens, Danny (Tina) Rolens, Lisa (Danny) McManis, and Dawn Rolens; nephews, Dakota, Stephen, and Sam; and niece, Kyenne. Sam is also survived by many cousins, extended family and friends.
Sam was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Brenda Skelton; maternal grandparents, Floyd "Dude" and Janet Rolens; aunts, Betty Fowler, Kelly Rolens, and Gladys Pryor; and uncle, Olie Skelton.
No public services will be held. In lieu of flowers, funeral expense donations are greatly appreciated. Monetary donations can be made to DeClue Funeral Home, 301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
