Ruth Sadler

Ruth Ellen Sadler of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on July 22, 2011 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of sixty five years, five months and nineteen days. She was born on February 3, 1946 at Ironton, Missouri a daughter to the late Lyman Sadler and Mary (Shelton) Sadler.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by a sister Carol Ann Sadler, nephew Troy Sadler and a great niece Rachael Johnston.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are four brothers Darrell (Lanna) Sadler of Bonne Terre; Larry (Connie) Sadler of Caledonia, Robert “Bob” (Karen) Sadler of Bismarck, Rick (Jennifer) Sadler of Belgrade; five nieces Sheri Mason, Tamara Johnston, Christine McKern, Tara Thompson, Michelle Lee Mork; four nephews Mike Sadler, Kaylon Sadler, Steve Sadler, Bobby Sadler, many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 11 AM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Justin Sadler, Gerid Johnston, Steve Sadler, Kaylon Sadler, Bobby Sadler and Mike Sadler.

Interment and final prayers were held at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
