Ruby Pearl Neibecker of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on May 15, 2013 at the Mercy Hospital, Jefferson County having reached the age of seventy seven years, three months and five days. She was born on February 10, 1936 in Valle Mines, Missouri a daughter to the late John Burns and Myrtle (Henorid) Burns.
In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children Edward Regan; second husband Michael Niebecker; son William Regan; daughter Joyce Regan; two sisters Thelma Dorsey, Stella Henson; five brothers Floyd Burns, Stanley Burns, Tom Burns, Earl Burns, Lawrence Burns; daughter in law Doris Regan; one granddaughter and two great granddaughters.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are three sons Harold Regan and wife Roxann of Bonne Terre, David Regan of Cadet, Rick Regan and wife Melissa of Cadet, two daughters Sharon Gowens and husband Vernon of Bonne Terre, Bonnie Rose and husband Art of Charlotte, Florida; sister Edith David of Desoto; eighteen grandchildren; twenty nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Timmy Regan, Chuck Regan, Dustin Nelson, Michael Stevens, Johnny Regan and Jerry Rose.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Charter Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
