Rosie Price

Rosie Genova Price of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on October 8, 2009 at her daughter?s residence having reached the age of eighty nine years, seven months and one day. She was born on March 7, 1920 at Leadwood, Missouri a daughter to the late John Henderson and Stella (Brawley) Henderson.

In addition to her parents, Rosie was preceded in death by her first husband Louie ?Jake? Mosier; second husband Joe Price; sister Edna Glore; granddaughter Jackie Sweet; son in law Herbert Sweet.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are two daughters Becky Harmon and husband Arthur of Potosi; Adretta Sweet of Mineral Point; son David Mosier and wife Connie of Bonne Terre; brother Robert Henderson of Wortham; nine grandchildren; three step grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; twenty five great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2 PM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Guy Conway and Rev. Rick Blair officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Jared Eye, Josh Isgriggs, Tony Harmon, Phil Mosier, Sonny Harmon and Tim Mosier.

Interment and final prayers were held at Hopewell Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
