Rosa Mildred Kloepper of Park Hills, Missouri departed this life on December 11, 2010 at the Country Meadows Nursing Home having reached the age of ninety three years, eleven months and twenty nine days. She was born on December 12, 1916 at Bixby, Missouri a daughter to the late Henry Copeland and Myrtle (Hughes) Copeland.
In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Theodore Kloepper; four sisters Ora Hendrickson, Goldia Hurte, Ruby Hensen, Berniece Arndt; four brothers in law Ben Hendrickson, Willis “Curly” Hurte, Paul Hensen and Herman Arndt.
Mildred was a member of the Viburnum Christian Chruch.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are a daughter Barbara Fay Norris and husband James “JC”of Bixby; two grandchildren Kandice Simmons and husband Daryl Dean Simmons of High Ridge; Kimberly Brown and husband David Andrew Brown of O’Fallon, IL; four great grandchildren Danielle Simmons, Jeffrey Simmons, Elise Brown and Hunter Brown; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral Services were conducted on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at 11 AM at the Viburnum Christian Church with Rev. George Civey officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Don Hedgecoth, Hershel Hedgecoth, Ricky Arndt, Randy Faulkner, Dave Brown and Daryl Simmons.
Interment and final prayers were held at Boss Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
