Ronda Adams

Ronda Jean Adams of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on April 29, 2014 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of sixty one years, four months and twenty five days. She was born on December 4, 1952 in Cadet, Missouri a daughter to the late Joseph Politte and Lillian (Rulo) Politte.
In addition to her parents, Ronda was preceded in death by a brother Leroy Politte; sister Rachel Shepard; three brothers in law Johnny Hedrick, Grassy Stringer, Leon Skaggs; father in law James W. Adams and a grandbaby.
On February 18, 1973, Ronda was united in marriage to Robert Adams and they shared forty one years together.
Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband Rev. Robert Adams of Mineral Point; three daughters Shannon Farley and husband Bob of Belleview, Christy Aubuchon and husband Tim of Mineral Point, Jodie Gunnett and husband Bob of Mineral Point; mother in law Margaret Adams of Mineral Point; three brothers Robert Politte and wife Norma Jean of St. Genevieve, William "Billy" Politte and wife Wanda of Festus, Mike Politte and wife Connie of Cadet; four sisters Norma Hedrick of Mineral Point, Laverta "Bert" Stringer of Potosi, Joann Skaggs of Mineral Point, Peggy Adams and husband Gary of Mineral Point; six grandchildren; her puppy Baxter; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 11 AM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Bob Thurman officiating and Bro. Gail O'Neail assisting. Serving as pallbearers were Bob Farley, Tim Aubuchon, Bob Gunnett, Kyle Gunnett, Robert Farley and Preston Farley. Honorary pallbearer was Eli Aubuchon.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Redbud Memorial Gardens. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
