Robert Sancegrow

Robert "Bob" C. Sancegrow of Mineral Point, Missouri, departed this life on Thursday, November 6 2014 having reached the age of eighty three years, three months and fourteen days. He was born on July 23, 1931 in Washington County a son to the late George Sancegrow and Emma Williams Sancegrow.
On January 13, 1958, Bob was united in marriage to Mary Emma Stroup and they shared fifty six years together.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his beloved wife Mary Emma Sancegrow of Mineral Point, Mo.; son Mark Sancegrow and Fiancé Christina of Bonne Terre, Mo.; brother Arthur Sancegraw of Mineral Point, Mo.; sister Lou Belle Douglas of Owensville, Mo.; five grandchildren: Emma Sancegrow, Gary Wayne Sancegrow, Randy Bourbon, Logan Sancegrow, and Tracy Bourbon; three great grandchildren Keaira, Devin, and Adria; daughter-in-law Peaches Bourbon; special niece Delores Berry; dear friend Violet Bourbon and many other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents Bob was preceded in death by his son Gary Robert Sancegrow; brother Edward Sancegrow; sister Goldie Douglas and a sister-in-law Cora Ella Lands.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating.
Interment and final prayers were held at the New Diggins Cemetery. Honoring Bob by serving as pallbearers were Mark Sancegrow, Randy Bourbon, Justin Nelson, Jared Crippen, Ronnie Vance, Danny Berry and Ray Berry. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer was Peaches Bourbon.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully cared for by DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
