Brother Robert Ray Pyatt was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 8th, 2024. Born on December 15th, 1934 to John Pyatt and Opal (Briden) Pyatt. Bob began working at a very young age delivering bread, as well as many other small jobs before being hired at General Motors Corvette Plant. Bob worked for GM for approximately 25 years. Many came to know the Lord during these services. Throughout Bob’s life, he has come to know many wonderful people. It did not matter where he was, Bob never met a stranger. In addition, Bob and Bonnie pastored New Diggins Church for 7 years. Currently, Bob was a member of The River Church of Potosi.
Bob was a proud supporter of Missions and had a deep love for the word of God. His commitment to his faith were evident in everything he did.
As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” Bob lived by these words, and his life was a testament to his unwavering faith in God.
