Robert Branaugh

Robert ?Bob? Harold Branaugh of Potosi, Missouri departed this life March 2, 2009 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of eight two years, eight months and eight days. He was born on June 22, 1926 at Potosi, Missouri a son to the late Robert Branaugh and Emma Richards Branaugh.

Bob was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, uncle, brother and friend.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Maggie Branaugh; son Steve Branaugh; brother Henry Branaugh and sister Gladys Koch.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life are a son Denny Branaugh and wife Mickey of Potosi; daughter Susan Henry and husband Sonny of Potosi; seven grandchildren Dennis L. Branaugh of Potosi; Gina Marler and husband Kevin of Potosi; Robert Kennon of Farmington; Dennis Kennon of St. Louis; Stephanie Branaugh of Park Hills; Jason Branaugh of Texas; Brad Pitts of Perryville; eleven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; special friend Geraldine ?Gerry? Watson of Potosi; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services were conducted Thursday, March 5, 2009 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Matt Marler, Dennis Branaugh, Denny Kennon, Robbie Kennon, Bryan Matthews, Karl Koch, Matt Mills and Denny Kennon, Jr.

Interment and final prayers were held at New Masonic Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
