Robert Boyer

Robert Zeno Boyer, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on April 15, 2014 at the Potosi Manor Nursing Home having reached the age of seventy seven years, nine months and twenty six days. He was born on June 20, 1936 in Cadet, Missouri a son to the late Leo F. Boyer and Rosie (Pickett) Boyer.
In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his first wife Martha Golden Boyer, daughter Marcia Ayres, granddaughter Christy Dawn Wills, grandson Bobby Brown, two half sisters Rosalie Carey, Myrtle Grace, one half brother Joe "Buck" Boyer, three sons in law Rick Ayres, Duane Richards, Robert Brown, two sisters in law Veronica Boyer and JoAnn Boyer.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his wife Nancy Boyer of Cadet; three sons Bobby Boyer of Cadet, Josh Boyer of Potosi, Brian Dawes of Cadet; three daughters Rhonda Brown of Ellsinore, Patricia Richards of St. James, Susan Hughes and husband Oscar of Rolla; five brothers Leroy Boyer of Potosi, Richard Boyer of Bourbon, Roger Boyer and wife Pamela of Washington Park, Illinois, Donald Boyer and wife Joyce of Greenville, Michael Wayne Boyer of St. Louis; one sister Janie Boyer of Cadet; fourteen grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 1 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Carol Brown officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Bobby Boyer, Jason Brown, Matt Glore, Brody Richards, Shane Richards, Joey Gooch and Chris Crawford.
Interment and final prayers were held at the St. Joachim Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
