Reva Boyster

Reva Irene Boyster of Potosi, Missouri walked through Heaven?s gate on June 27, 2005 at the age of 61 years, 5 months and 11 days. She was born on January 16, 1944, a daughter of the late Rev. Floyd Monroe Wade and Elsie (Nettles) Henderson.

Reva was united in marriage to Leonard Boyster on April 18, 1959 at Hopewell, Missouri and three children were born to this union. She was a loving wife and mother who had devoted her life to God and her family. She was a member of the Hopewell Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Floy May Wade.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband, Leonard Boyster; one son, Stanley Boyster and fianc? Pamela Helms of Potosi; two daughters, Donna Boyster of Potosi, and Amy Reed and husband Randy of Potosi; two sisters, Linda Scott and husband Wayne of Potosi, and Judy Gensler and husband Dean of Potosi; three brothers, Robert Wade and wife JoAnn of Salem, Floyd Wade of Potosi, and Phillip Wade and wife Jane of Bowling Green; six grandchildren, Joshua Sheets, Caleb Sheets, Rheanna Sheets, Jody Boyster, Andrew Reed and Jacob Reed; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends who will greatly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted at 2 PM on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at the Hopewell Church of God, with Rev. Jim Wade officiating.

Serving as pallbearers were Joshua Sheets, Caleb Sheets, Andrew Reed, Tim Wade, Corey Wade and Brandon Wade.

Interment was in the Sunset Hill Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
