Regina Louise Lee, also affectionately known by family and friends as Jeanne, was born on June 12, 1955, a daughter to Stephania (Sherrill) Lee and the late Clifford Lee. Jeanne went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at the age of 67.
Those left behind to treasure her memory include her five children: Michael Stringer (wife, Stacey), Nicole Bovee (husband, Jeff), Renee Courtway (husband, James), Anna Mason, and Billy Mason; mother, Stephania Lee; and Fiancé, Jerry Mason. Loving grandma to: Kristina, Mark, Tiana, Damian, Tyler, Karley, Allison, Abbie, James and Brittney, Collin, Abby, and Chloey. Dear sister to: Terry Edwards (husband, Danny), Donna Walls (husband, Jim), Larry Lee (wife, Carolyn), and Karen Stone (husband, Kevin). Jeanne also is survived by many dear aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to Jeanne’s father, Clifford, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bruce David Lee; paternal grandparents: Fred and Ola Mae (Henderson) Lee; and maternal grandparents: Herbert Sherrill, Phyllis Sherrill Amsden and Herbert Amsden.
Jeanne was one of the most amazing, loving and caring individuals one could ever know. She lived a life full of generosity and lived her life for helping anyone in need. Jeanne loved the Lord with all of her heart, soul, mind, and strength. She was a faithful partner of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. Jeanne wanted all of her family and friends to know Jesus as their Savior and wanted everyone to be in Heaven with her. Her greatest accomplishments were being a mom and most of all a grandma. Jeanne loved her family so much. Her grandkids were her world. She always went above and beyond to make family dinners and birthdays special. She would cook to feed an army and made the most beautiful birthday cakes for each one of her grandkids. Jeanne left a print on our hearts that will forever be cherished. Her legacy will live on through the lives of those she loved and touched.
Jeanne’s family is grateful for all who have messaged them, reached out, prayed, stopped by and cared for them during her sickness. They would specifically like to thank Kathy Kozlowski for her visits and great amount of love and support that she has given.
A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 10 am until the time of her Funeral Service at 2 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, MO 63664.
