Regina Kelley

Regina Ann Lawson Kelley of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on October 11, 2007 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri, having reached the age of 51 years, 4 months and 25 days. She was born at Mineral Point, Missouri on May 16, 1956, a daughter of Marion Lawson and Shirley Price Lawson.

Regina attended New Diggins Church and was a loving and devoted daughter, mother and grandmother. She was a dear sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was known to her nieces and nephews as ?Jean Jean? and her grandchildren lovingly called her ?Granny?. She was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life include her parents, Marion and Shirley Lawson of Mineral Point; three children, Rebecca Young and husband Shanon of Mineral Point, Michael Kelley of Mineral Point, Michelle Ball and husband, Alan of Mineral Point; two brothers, Joe Lawson of Bonne Terre, Ronnie Lawson of Mineral Point; four grandchildren, Brendan Kelley, Xavier Ball, Izabella Ball, Corin Kelley; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, October 14, 2007 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Joe Gensler officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Michael Kelley, Alan Ball, Shannon Young, Joe Lawson, Eugene Price, Andy Price, Danny Goodson and Craig Courtway.

Interment and final prayers were held at New Diggins Cemetery, Mineral Point, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
