Raymond Henson

Raymond Edward Henson Jr of Mineral Point, Missouri, was born on August 15, 1980, in Washington, Missouri, a son of Karen Mergenthal, and the late Raymond Edward Henson Sr. Raymond left this earthly home on Friday, April 15, 2023, having reached the age of 42.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 13 years, Amanda Henson; mother, Karen Mergenthal; children: Karissa Henson, Brianna Henson, McKenzie Henson, Arianna Henson, Donald Hedrick Jr., Zachary Lee, Anthony Henson, Raymond Henson III, and Katelyn Henson; siblings: Jamie Megenthal (wife, Stacie), Vanessa Balch (husband, Dean), and Jason Quick (wife, Kerry); grandfather, EJ Henson; father-in-law, Jeff Lee (wife, Christine); as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his father, Raymond was preceded in death by his first wife, Kristy Henson; son, Eli Henson; and infant sister, Mary Mae Henson.

Visitation will be Monday, April 17, 2023, from 5 to 8 pm, at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 10 to 11 am.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at 11 am, at the DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at 2 pm in the Hunt-White Memorial Gardens in Doniphan, Missouri.
