Ray Donald Rulo of Cadet, Missouri, was born on August 31, 1946, a son of the late Milford Fred Rulo and the late Virginia Elizabeth (Courtway) Rulo. Ray went to his heavenly home on Thursday, November 11, 2021, having reached the age of seventy-five years, two months, and eleven days.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his wife, Robin Rulo; son, Tony (Jessica) Rulo; grandchildren: Landon Rulo, Mathew Rulo, James Rulo, Eliza Cain, and Avery Cain; siblings: Danny (Joann) Rulo, and Marilyn (Roger) Price; brothers-in-law: Gene Adams, Dale Adams, Darrell Adams, Gary Adams, Victor Adams, Donnie Adams, and Kenny Wiggins; sisters-in-law: Mary Battreal, and Glenda Campbell.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Milford and Virginia Rulo; first wife, Laverna Rulo; siblings: Judy Shepard, and Diane Bequette; and mother-in-law, Dorothy Adams.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 14, 2021, from 5-8pm at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Monday, November 15, 2021, from 9-11am.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 15 at 11 am at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bob Pyatt and Pastor JD Boyett officiating. Interment will follow at New Diggins Cemetery in Mineral Point. Full military honors will be presented by the United States Navy and the VFW Post 6996.
