Randy Williams

Randy Lynn Williams of Hazelwood, Missouri, was born on November 22, 1951 in Piggott, Arkansas, a son of the late Willard Williams and the late Delores (Haley) Brewer. Randy passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the age of 72.

On March 30, 1988, Randy was united in marriage to Darlena "Tina" DeClue in St. Louis and they 35 years together. Randy had a strong work ethic, beginning with his first job at the age of 12, working a local supermarket. After moving to Missouri, Randy went to work for Brown Shoe Company in St. Louis until he was employed by Ford Motor Company where her retired from after 38 years of service. Randy was an avid outdoorsman. He loved golfing, fishing and his annual deer hunting trips with his brothers. He enjoyed BBQ and family dinners, watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Randy also enjoyed his truck and keeping it polished. Randy was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. He will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those who remain to treasure his memory include his wife, Darlena "Tina" Williams; two sons: Daniel Williams and wife Bethany, Steven Williams and wife Pressila; four grandchildren: Lucas, Caleb, Guenhwyvar, and Astraea Williams; four siblings: Tony DeClue and wife Robyn, Kenneth Williams, Marvin Williams, Linda Russell and husband Tom. Randy also leaves behind brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many dear friends from both Hazelwood, Missouri and Piggott, Arkansas; as well as many hunting and fishing buddies.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Willard Williams; mother, Delores Brewer and husband Walter; and second mother, Betty Williams; Infant brother, Gary; mother-in-law, Ethel DeClue; and sister-in-law, Monica Williams.

A time of visitation will be held on Monday, December 18th, 2023 from 4:30 pm until the time of his service at 7 pm, held at DeClue Funeral Home, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri, 63664. Interment will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
