Phyllis Lynn “Sugar” Williams of Potosi, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at her residence having reached fifty-five years of age. She was born on December 13, 1963 in Houston, Missouri, a daughter of the late Perry Hedrick and the late Helen (DeClue) Hedrick. On February 16, 2002, Phyllis was united in marriage to Clinton Williams and they shared seventeen years together.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Lawson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George and Goldie Williams; and brother-in-law, George Williams.
Phyllis will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her beloved husband, Clinton Williams; son, Steven Kean; daughter, Stephanie (Terry) Revell; step-son, Daniel Williams; step-daughter, Hannah (Nick) King; siblings: Willard Hedrick, Perry (Laura) Hedrick, Wanda (John) Cooper, Nancy Davis, Donna (Glenn) Potter, Mary (Paul) Bourbon and Shirley Jones; and seven grandchildren: George, Cameron, Stephanie, Olivia, Spencer, Phoenix and Arizona.
Visitation for Phyllis will be held Sunday, June 9, 2019 at DeClue Funeral Home, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Rev. Roger Taber officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Potosi, Missouri.
