Phillip Eye

Phillip L. "IKE" Eye of Potosi, Missouri entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at the Mercy Jefferson Hospital, having reached the age of thirty seven years, seven months and fourteen days. He was born on May 9, 1978, in Potosi, Missouri a son to Carol Nixon Eye and the late Thomas Eye.

Ike is survived by his loving mother Carol Eye of Potosi; sister Deanna Eye of Potosi; brother Thomas Eye of Potosi; special niece Hannah Eye; aunts Georgia Eye of Potosi, Carolyn Nixon of Hopewell; uncle Elvin Eye of Steelville; also surviving are many cousins and friends.

Ike was preceded in death by his father Thomas Eye, grandparents Percy and Gladys Nixon and Marshall and Irene Eye; uncles Roy Nixon and Jack Walls; aunts Marie Walls, Kathleen Kay and Phyllis Eye.

Visitation for Ike will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 4:30 till 8:00 pm and Sunday, December 27, from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm at the DeClue Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, December 27, at 2:00 pm held at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jeff Richards officiating.

Interment and final prayers will be held at the New Masonic Cemetery.
