Baby Perry Parker Terry Gillam was received by the angels on February 15, 2013 at the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital having reached the age of two months and two days. He was born December 13, 2012 in St. Louis, Missouri a son to Amanda Gillam.
Baby Perry was preceded in death by a grandmother Della Boyster.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are his mother Amanda Gillam of Farmington; sister Addison Gillam of Park Hills; brother Daniel Gillam of Park Hills; grandparents Joe Gillam and Cindy Gillam of Potosi; great grandparents James Parker and Karen Parker of Farmington; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
A funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 11 AM at the DeClue Family Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Wade officiating.
Interment and final prayers were held at the Calvary Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
