Paul Bourbon, Sr.

Paul David Bourbon, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 having reached the age of sixty-three years, six months and five days. He was born on January 12, 1956 in Cadet, a son of Laura “Lucy” (Hedrick) Bourbon and the late Dudley William Bourbon. On July 3, 1982 Paul was united in marriage to Mary F. Hedrick and three children were born to this union.

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Mary F. Bourbon; three children: Regina (Terry) Wilfong, Karen (Brandon) Nixon, and Paul (Natalie) Bourbon, Jr.; dear mother, Lucy Bourbon; nine grandchildren: Ethan Nixon, Sarah Wilfong, Austin Nixon, Jonathan Wilfong, Hallie Bourbon, Caleb Bourbon, Kendra Bourbon, Brylee Bourbon, and McKinley Bourbon; six siblings: Raymond (Inge) Bourbon, James (Bonnie) Bourbon, Roger Bourbon, Wayne Bourbon, Frances Hawkins and Ralph Gillam, Freda Witcher; sister-in-law, Carol Bourbon; also surviving are nieces, nephews and extended family.

Paul was preceded in death by his father, Dudley Bourbon; two brothers: Tom and Billy Bourbon; two sisters: Alice Danback and Rita Davis.

Visitation will be Friday, July 19, 2019 from 5-8 PM and will resume on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the DeClue Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 1 PM held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Bro. Rick Thomure officiating.

Interment will follow at Redbud Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting decluefuneralhome.com
