Oswald Parker

Oswald Howard Parker also known to family and friends as "Ozzie" was born on January 23, 1947 in St. Clair, Missouri a son to the late Cowell "Doc" Parker and the late Avis (Howard) Parker. Ozzie passed away on May 15, 2018 at his residence having reached the age of seventy-one years, three months and twenty-two days.

Ozzie will be missed by all who knew and loved him including his three children: Tina (JD) Boyet, December Parker and AJ Cole, Bruce "Bub" Parker and Patty Patrick; step son, Walter Hollinsworth; three siblings: Betty King, Angie (Mike) Stringer, Robert "Dean" Johnson; ten grandchildren: Brooklynn "Twinkle" Parker, Chelsea Sansoucie, Dalton Sansoucie, Hailey Sansoucie, Jaron (Soyeon) Boyet, Joseph (Mindy) Boyet, Dylan (Blakely) Boyet, Melissa (Kevin) Wingbermuele, Tyler Hollinsworth and Kayleb Hollinsworth; ten great grandchildren: TY Boyet, Zoe Boyet, Layla Franklin, Ashton Boyet, Aubrey Boyet, Ella Boyet, Breanna Wingbermuele, Evan Wingbermuele, Brynn Wingbermuele and Eva Wingbermuele; three nieces and six nephews; two dear friends: Leo Benson and Bill Kelly.

In addition to his father and mother, Ozzie was preceeded in death by an infant sister, Rebecca; brother, Rainey "Pete" Parker; Paternal Grandparents: Dr. Oswald Parker and Hallie (Mercer) Parker; Maternal Grandparents: Elmer Howard and Ruth (Murdick) Howard.

VISITATION: Friday, May 18, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday, May 19, from 9-11 a.m. at the DeClue Funeral Home

FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel.
