Norvel Payne

Norvel Ray Payne of Leasburg, Missouri departed this life on August 16, 2010 at the Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan having reached the age of seventy one years, seven months and thirty days. He was born on December 17, 1938 a son to the late James Payne and Martha Thomas.
In addition to his parents, Norvel was preceded in death by a sister Dorothy Boyer.
Norvel was a member of the Christian Family Fellowship Church.
Those who remain to mourn his passing are son Billy Payne of Iberia; daughter Wendy Barnhart and husband Larry of Iberia; three brothers James Payne of Cuba; Harvey Payne and wife Johnny Sue of Farmington; Bobby Payne and wife Terry of Farmington; sister Wilda Payne of Farmington; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 2 PM at the DeClue Chapel with Bro. Jim Payne officiating.
Interment and final prayer were held at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery.
