Naomi Marie Isbell of Farmington, Missouri passed away on January 29, 2006 at the Presbyterian Manor at Farmington, having reached the age of 79 years, 7 months and 15 days. She was born at Stoney Point, Missouri, a daughter of the late Leeoffice Huff and Hattie Mae (Farmer) Huff.
On October 15, 1957 at St. Louis, Missouri she was united in marriage to Charles Isbell who preceded her in death in October, 1988. Naomi was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was a member of the Bismarck Church of God where she spent many happy years. She loved her church and her family.
In addition to her parents and husband, Naomi was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Mosier; a grand daughter, Misha Mills; two brothers, Sam Newhouse and Rev. Bill Newhouse; and a sister, Nellie Talley.
Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are her children, Danny Pyatt and wife Midge of Mineral Point, Tim Isbell and wife Peggy of Farmington, Beverly Carrow and husband Don of Farmington, Sharon Carr of Bismarck, Danny Carr of Bismarck, Kathy Forshee and husband Greg of Louisiana, Missouri; a son-in-law, Bruce Mosier of Belgrade; sixteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Robert Adams officiating. Serving as pallbearers were
Interment and final prayers were held at Huff Cemetery, Mineral Point. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
