Nancy Dean

Nancy Izella Dean of Cadet, Missouri departed this life on May 3, 2013 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital having reached the age of fifty eight years, one month and sixteen days. She was born on March 17, 1955 in Hopewell, Missouri a daughter to the late Herman Lawson and Sarah (Vance) Lawson.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Donald Dean, two sisters Clora Lawson, Margie Lawson, two brothers Harry Lawson and Elijah Lawson.

Those who remain to mourn her passing are two sisters Susan Johnson and husband Gaylin of Texas, Connie Lawson of Mineral Point; four brothers Cecil Charles Lawson of Potosi, Benny Lawson of St. Louis, Sterling Lawson and wife Theresa of Cadet, Ernie Lawson of Irondale; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 11 AM at the DeClue Chapel with Rev. Jim Wade officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Morgan Lawson, Sterling Lawson, Jr., Ronnie Sitzes, Ernie Lawson, Jimmy Dean and Russell Coffman. Honorary pallbearers Theresa Lawson and Pauline Mathis.

Interment and final prayers were held at the New Diggins Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
