Mildred Della LaChance of Potosi, Missouri was born on February 7, 1933, a daughter to the late William LaChance and the late Velma (Gilliam) LaChance. Mildred entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the Southbrook Skilled Nursing Home having reached the age of eighty-four years, two months, and twenty-five days.
Mildred will be loved and missed by all who knew and loved her including her sister Norma Brewer of Farmington; nieces: Carmen McClanahan and husband Donald of Ironton, and Beverly Skaggs and Tracy of Desloge; nephews: Butch Brewer and wife Sharon of Texas, and Jim Wright and wife Judy of Belgrade; and also surviving are a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mildred is preceded in death by her two sister Hattie Wright and infant sister Wilma LaChance.
Visitation for Mildred was held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 6, 2017, beginning at 9:00 AM.
A funeral service was held on Saturday at 11:00 AM in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Bro. Bill Skaggs officiating.
Interment and final prayers were held at the New Masonic Cemetery. DeClue Funeral Home was privileged to care for the arrangements for Mildred during this time of remembrance.
