Matty Minson

Aaron Matthew Minson, known by family and friends as Matty, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 having reached forty-two years of age. Matty was born on June 6, 1978 in Potosi, Missouri, a son to Beverly (Henry) and Pop Sellers, and Aaron Kirt Minson. He was a proud dad to Zach and Kayelee, and papa to Bennett and Hudson. Matty loved his family more than anything. He devoted many years of his life to working for Bommarito Construction, where he learned many skills and gained lifelong friendships.

Those who remain to cherish his memory include his son, Zach Sansegraw; daughter, Kayelee Bodimer; mother, Beverly Sellers; father, Aaron Minson; three siblings: Betty Sellers, Heather, and Louie; two grandsons: Bennett and Hudson Rogers; special family, Garth and Brianna Rogers; dear aunts and uncles: Ronda and Terry Nelson, Leila Schroer, Doris Henry, and Billy Henry; also surviving are many dear nieces, nephews and friends.

Matty is preceded in death by his loving dad, Pop Sellers; and siblings: Ruth Sellers, Rose Sellers, Mike Sellers and Steven Sellers; and uncle Kenny Henry.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at DeClue Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM.

Funeral services to honor Matty will begin at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment and final prayers will be held at Redbud Memorial Gardens following the service. All funeral arrangements have been cared for by DeClue Funeral Home.
