Marilyn Nadeen Vineyard of Belgrade, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the age of ninety-two. She was born on October 7, 1926 in Carbondale, Illinois, a daughter to the late Wendell H. Snyder and the late Faye G. (Bearden) Snyder.
In addition to her father and mother, Marilyn was preceded in death by one grandson, Jason W. Vineyard; brother, Clinton E. Snyder and sister, Frances Geraldine “Gerry” Allers.
Marilyn will be dearly missed by all who loved and cherished her, including her loving husband of seventy-two years, William O. “Bill” Vineyard; four children: William F. (Linda M.) Vineyard, James E. (Kimberly S.) Vineyard, Dennis W. Vineyard, and Pamela S. Vineyard; eight grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren; one brother, John W. (Shirleen) Snyder; one sister, Carole (Leo) Dickey.
The family received friends on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 from 5-9 p.m. with an Easter Star Ceremony at 6:30 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home.
Visitation resumed on Wednesday, November 7, at the Belgrade United Methodist Church from 9-11 a.m.
A Funeral Service was held Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Belgrade United Methodist Church with Pastor Julius Ketsenburg and Pastor Jan Dillard officiating.
Interment and final prayers were held at Sunlight Cemetery, Belgrade. In lieu of flowers, memorials were directed to the Caring Hearts Pregnancy Resource Center or St. James food Pantry.
Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Funeral Home.
