Mandy Politte

Mandy Lane Politte of Mineral Point, Missouri departed this life on August 12, 2007 at her residence, having reached the age of 49 years, 5 months and 23 days. She was born at Mineral Point, Missouri on February 20, 1958, a daughter of Freda (Cain) Cantrell and the late Noah Joseph Cantrell.

On November 20, 1982, she married James Politte at Waco, Missouri. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a dear daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was a member of the New Diggins Church of Mineral Point, Missouri. She was happiest spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her father, Mandy was preceded in death by her son, Bubby Cantrell.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life include her husband, James Politte of Mineral Point; her mother, Fredia (Cantrell) Niehaus of Mineral Point; a daughter, Misty Broeker and husband Rick of Mineral Point; a son, Christopher Cantrell of Mineral Point; two sisters, Beverly Jane Cain and husband, Roy of Irondale, Nancy Jo Sansoucie of Irondale; three brothers, David Cantrell and wife Marie of Irondale, Jerry Cantrell of Park Hills, Tim Cantrell and wife Teresa of Cadet; grandchildren, Coby, Tyler and Conner Cantrell; nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her..

Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 2 PM at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri, with Rev. Bobby Thurman officiating. Serving as pallbearers were John Broeker, Allen Rousan, Christopher Emily, Brian Gibson, Bryan Moore, and Lowell Turner.

Interment and final prayers were held at the New Diggins Cemetery, Mineral Point, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi, Missouri.
