Lucille Lamacchia

Lucille LaMacchia of St. Louis, Missouri departed this life on February 13, 2008 at Big Bend Woods Health Care, in St. Louis, Missouri, having reached the age of eighty-six years, four months, twelve days. She was born on October 1, 1921 at Belgrade, Missouri, a daughter of the late Cass McNabb and Omelia (Sloan) McNabb.
On April 28, 1947, she was united in marriage to Joseph LaMacchia, who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald LaMacchia and a half-sister. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a dear and loving sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are her children, Joseph LaMacchia and wife Janice of St. Louis, Kathlee LaMacchia of Key West, Florida; her sister, Anna Oleson of Caledonia; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.
Graveside services were conducted on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at 11 AM at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri with Rev. Bryce Wilson officiating. Interment and final prayers followed. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
