Louis Minor

Louis Eugene Minor also known by many as "Tugboat" of Potosi, Missouri was born on December 11, 1954 in Bonne Terre, Missouri, a son to the late Robert Elsie Minor and the late Cecilia Frances (Brown) Minor. Louis passed away on January 2, 2021 at his home, having reached the age of sixty-six years and twenty-two days.

Louis is survived by his four children: Christopher Minor and wife Patrizia, Jason Minor and wife Timberlee, Jeremy Minor and wife Lisa, and Samantha Minor; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Reva Coffman. Louis is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and extended family. The family would like to thank special family friends Draidyn Tedder and Jacob Boyer for the care that was given to Louis.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Cecilia Minor; and beloved wife: Sarah Minor who passed away on October 28, 2019.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 5 to 8 pm at DeClue Funeral Home. A second visitation will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 from 9 to 11 am.

A funeral service will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 11 am at DeClue Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 301 East High Street, Potosi, Missouri 63664 with Pastor Bob Thurman officiating. Interment will be held at Fairview Baptist Cemetery in Steelville, Missouri.
