Lonnie Thompson

Lonnie Dale Thompson of Cadet, Missouri passed away on December 17, 2015 at the St. Luke’s Hospital having reached the age of fifty three years, four months, and eighteen days. He was born on July 29, 1962, a son to the late James Henry Thompson and LaVerne Wilkerson.

Lonnie is survived by his son Cody Eye and wife Angela of Steelville, Missouri; two daughters: Chelsea Thompson of California and Katrina Price and husband Casey of Potosi, Missouri; step-mother: Diana Thompson of Festus, Missouri; three sisters: Debbie Eckhoff, Jamie Eaves, and Theresa Thompson and Dennis Farris – all of Potosi, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Lonnie is preceded in death by his sister Janet Boyer; brother-in-law Christopher Eaves; and nephew Michael Eric Boyer.

Visitation for Lonnie will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at the DeClue Funeral Home from 4:30 PM until 7:00 PM. A funeral service will begin on Monday evening, at 7:00 PM held in the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Elder Leonard Compton officiating.
