Linda Breakfield

Linda Diane Breakfield of Potosi, Missouri departed this life on June 10, 2009 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital having reached the age of forty one years, eleven months and eight days. She was born on July 2, 1967, a daughter to Alice Akers and the late Paul Coleman.

On July 14, 2001, Linda was united in marriage to Carl Breakfield.

In addition to her father, Linda was preceded in death by a step father Ray Akers and father in law Larry Battreal.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life are her husband Carl Breakfield of Potosi; mother Alice Akers of Potosi; four children Katrina Price and husband Casey of Potosi; Daniel East and fianc? Brianna Cooley of Potosi; Dawn East of Potosi; C.J. Breakfield of Potosi; two step children Mary Boyer and husband Thomas of Mineral Point; Dustin Breakfield of Potosi; sister Tina Litton and husband Mike of Potosi; brother Paul Coleman and wife T.J. of Potosi; three half brothers Lloyd Willard of Kansas; John Willard of St. Joe; Kenny Coleman of Vienna; two half sisters Patty Willard of Potosi; Pat Nickels of Springfield; mother in law Mary Battreal of Potosi; two brothers in law Mike Battreal of Potosi; Brian Breakfield of Potosi; many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 1 PM at the DeClue Family Chapel with Rev. Steve Campbell officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Daniel East, Casey L. Price, Thomas Boyer, Jimmy Boyer, Paul Coleman and Mike Litton. Honorary pallbearer was C.J. Breakfield.

Interment and final prayers were held at Redbud Memorial Gardens. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
