Lilly Eckhoff

Lilly Diane Eckhoff of Steelville, Missouri departed this life on November 24, 2007 at her residence, having reached the age of forty-nine years, eight months and a day. She was born on March 23, 1958 at Salem, Missouri, a daughter to Lilly Eckhoff Pidcock and the late Walter Edward Pidcock.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter Pidcock, Jr., David Pidcock and Jim Pidcock.

Those who remain to mourn the passing of her life include her husband, Matthew Eckhoff of Steelville; her mother, Lilly Pidcock of Steelville; three daughters, Jayne Robart and husband Jim of Potosi, Megan Eckhoff and McKinley Griggs of Steelville, Amanda Eckhoff of Steelville; a brother, Michael Pidcock and Evelyn of Cadet; four sisters, Penny Halbert and husband Donnie of Steelville, Sally Smith and husband Wayne of Union, Jeanie Chandler and husband Bob of Plymouth, IN, Jennifer King and husband Brian of Kansas City, MO; two grandchildren Kameron Griggs and Ava Robart; nieces; nephews; cousins and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at the Britton Chapel with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Kelly Eckhoff, Dennis Eckhoff, Matt Eckhoff, Kevin Eckhoff, Donnie Halbert, Wayne Brooks, Brian Stuart, Dwight Eckhoff.

Interment and final prayers were held at Barlow Cemetery. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
