Lillie Faye Johnston of Potosi, Missouri, was born on December 17, 1934 in Belgrade, Missouri a daughter to the late Charles Otis Morgan and the late Eathel Sarah (Lawson) Morgan. On April 15, 1954, Faye was united in marriage to Glenn Johnston.
Faye entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family whom she loved so much having reached the age of eighty-two years, six months and twenty days.
Faye will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her three daughters: Glennes Fryman and husband Randy of Potosi, Denise Coleman and husband Robert "Chapman" of Potosi and Donna Pashia and Fiancé Keith Sharp of Lake of the Ozarks; one sister, Shelia Beck of Potosi; two brothers: Jerry Morgan and wife Velta of Quitman, Arkansas, Robert “Bob” Morgan and wife Rhonda of Park Hills; six grandchildren: Gary Fryman and wife Angie, Andy Pashia and wife Kara, Clifton Coleman, Chad Pashia, Kyle Fryman and wife Jamie and Robyn Gravatt and husband Al; twelve great grandchildren: Olivia, Brittany, Timothy, Gavin, Garrett, Adryenne, Lilly, Evy, Casen, Klaire, Brooklynne and Everett; sister-in-law, Lucille Morgan; brothers-in-law: Roy “Bud” Wardon, Raymond Johnston and Leo Hollinsworth; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Glenn Johnston; two brothers: Bill and Tom Morgan; three sisters: Betty Skiles, Jean Wardon and Shirley Hollinsworth; brothers-in-law, Bill Beck and Freddie Skiles and one sister-in-law, Dixie Morgan.
The Family will receive friends at the DeClue Funeral Home on Sunday, July 9, 2017 from 5 p.m. until the Funeral Service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Richards officiating assisted by Elder Leonard Compton.
A private Interment will be held at Sunset Hill Cemetery beside her husband Glenn. DeClue Funeral Home was privileged to care for the funeral services for Faye during this time of remembrance.
